Presenter Instructions

For Oral Presentations

Talks are scheduled in 15 minute slots. Prepare to speak for 12 minutes, with 3 minutes allotted for questions. We will be running the presentations off of a PC, so please make sure your powerpoint (or PDF) presentation is formatted for PC and bring the file on a flashdrive so that we can upload all presentation files before the start of the first session. If you have any special A/V requestions (video, sound), please let us know ahead of time so that we prepare accordingly (best to email calpaleo1@gmail.com).

For Poster Presentations

Poster size should not exceed 36" (height) x 60" (width). Posters will be displayed in the hallways of the Geology Building, and will be attached using staples or painter's tape.
